In my free time, I would like to read some books. Here are some books I can recommend to you. First is ''Atomic Habits'' this book can effectively improve bad habits and help you develop good habits.
The Second is ''Deep Work'' this book talks about a critical concept. That is social media is not important at all. Sometimes people hear the notice by cellphone or email. They want to watch the message and reply right away. This way will lose your attention and interrupt the work that you are doing.
That is some part of the book. If you are interested. Buy one and have a look. It will be very useful.
